This guide explains how to switch from Mozillion to EE and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once EE has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to EE.
Mozillion and EE both run on EE's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from Mozillion and give it to EE.
You can usually give EE your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from Mozillion
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Mozillion:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Mozillion phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Phone: Call Mozillion on 020 3893 8441.
- Email: Email help@mozillion.com and request your PAC code.
- Online: Use Mozillion's online contact form to request your PAC code.
2. Order a SIM only deal from EE
If you have not ordered yet, compare current SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If EE asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give EE the PAC code using the method below.
EE SIM plans are tiered, and inclusive EU roaming only starts at the Essentials Plus tier, so check what is included before you order.
3. Give the PAC code to EE
Once you have your PAC code, follow these steps to give it to EE:
- Online: Give your PAC code to EE via their online transfer form.
- Phone: Call EE on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966250 from another phone.
- Open everyday from 8am - 6pm.
- In-store: Pop in to your nearest EE store and give them your PAC code.
EE will then handle the transfer of your number. Give them your PAC code within 30 days of receiving it — after that it expires and you will need to request a new one from Mozillion.
4. Wait for your number transfer to EE to complete
EE will send the transfer request to Mozillion.
Your number should move to your new EE SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
