This guide explains how to switch from iD Mobile to Voxi and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Voxi has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Voxi.
This switch will take you from Three's network to Vodafone's network. Coverage may differ in some areas. Check Voxi's coverage checker before switching.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from iD Mobile and give it to Voxi.
You can usually give Voxi your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from iD Mobile
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from iD Mobile:
- Text: Text "PAC" followed by your date of birth as DDMMYY to 65075 from your iD Mobile phone (for example, PAC 010190). You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Online: Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and go to Plan, then Leave iD, then Get PAC Code.
- Phone: Call 0333 003 7777 and follow the cancellations options. You will need your iD customer service PIN from your welcome text or email.
Your iD Mobile data rollover balance is lost when you leave. It cannot be transferred or refunded.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Voxi

If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Voxi asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Voxi the PAC code using the method below.

3. Give the PAC code to Voxi
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Voxi:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or go to the Transfer number section of your Voxi account afterwards.
- Live chat: Contact Voxi via live chat on their website or call 0808 005 7463 if you need help with the transfer.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Voxi to complete
Voxi will send the transfer request to iD Mobile.
Your number should move to your new Voxi SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
