This guide explains how to switch from EE to Voxi and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Voxi has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Voxi.
This switch will take you from EE's network to Vodafone's network. Coverage may differ in some areas. Check Voxi's coverage checker before switching.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from EE and give it to Voxi.
You can usually give Voxi your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from EE
Switching from EE and keeping your current phone number is straightforward. There is no need to memorise a new number or update all your contacts!
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from EE:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your EE phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Online: Login to your EE account and choose to Leave EE via your account settings.
- Phone: Call EE on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966250 from another phone.
- Open everyday from 8am - 6pm.
- In-store: Pop in to your nearest EE store and request your PAC code.
Requesting a PAC does not cancel anything. Your EE plan carries on as normal until the code is used, and if you never use it, it simply expires after 30 days.
The text with your PAC will also show any early exit fees you would pay or credit you would lose by switching, so check it before you hand the code over.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Voxi
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Voxi SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Voxi asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Voxi the PAC code using the method below.
Every Voxi plan includes unlimited use of selected social media apps without touching your data allowance.
Voxi does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
Voxi offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.
3. Give the PAC code to Voxi
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Voxi:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or go to the Transfer number section of your Voxi account afterwards.
- Live chat: Contact Voxi via live chat on their website or call 0808 005 7463 if you need help with the transfer.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Voxi to complete
Voxi will send the transfer request to EE.
Your number should move to your new Voxi SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
