This guide explains how to switch from Chattr to Voxi and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Voxi has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Voxi.
This switch will take you from O2's network to Vodafone's network. Coverage may differ in some areas. Check Voxi's coverage checker before switching.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from Chattr and give it to Voxi.
You can usually give Voxi your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from Chattr
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Chattr:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Chattr phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Email: Email Chattr at hello@chattr.co.uk to request your PAC code.
Chattr is an online-only network with no stores or phone line.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Voxi

If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Voxi asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Voxi the PAC code using the method below.

3. Give the PAC code to Voxi
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Voxi:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or go to the Transfer number section of your Voxi account afterwards.
- Live chat: Contact Voxi via live chat on their website or call 0808 005 7463 if you need help with the transfer.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Voxi to complete
Voxi will send the transfer request to Chattr.
Your number should move to your new Voxi SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
