This guide explains how to switch from ParentShield to Mozillion and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Mozillion has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Mozillion.
ParentShield and Mozillion both run on EE's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from ParentShield and give it to Mozillion.
You can usually give Mozillion your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from ParentShield
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from ParentShield:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from the ParentShield phone. ParentShield will seek authorisation from the account holder before releasing the code, so a child cannot port the number out without the parent knowing.
- Phone: Call ParentShield on 0330 122 1180.
- Live chat: Use the live chat on the ParentShield website or in the Portal.
On Roam Stage SIMs the account closes when a PAC is used or when it expires, even if unused. On other plans, an unused PAC simply lapses and the account carries on as normal.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Mozillion
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Mozillion SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Mozillion asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Mozillion the PAC code using the method below.

Mozillion does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
Mozillion offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.
3. Give the PAC code to Mozillion
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Mozillion:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or log in at mozillion.com/login, go to Edit My Plan in your Dashboard and request your number transfer there.
- Phone: Call Mozillion on 020 3893 8441 and give them your PAC code.
- Email: Email help@mozillion.com with your PAC code and the number you are transferring.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Mozillion to complete
Mozillion will send the transfer request to ParentShield.
Your number should move to your new Mozillion SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
