This guide explains how to switch from EcoTalk to Spusu and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Spusu has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Spusu.
EcoTalk and Spusu both run on EE's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from EcoTalk and give it to Spusu.
You can usually give Spusu your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from EcoTalk
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from EcoTalk:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your EcoTalk phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Phone: Call EcoTalk on 033 3800 5500 from any UK phone.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Spusu
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Spusu SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Spusu asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Spusu the PAC code using the method below.
Spusu plans are rolling monthly only, so you are not locked into a contract.
Spusu does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
Spusu offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.
3. Give the PAC code to Spusu
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Spusu:
- At checkout: Enter your PAC code when you order your Spusu SIM.
- Email: If you have already ordered, there is no online form: email your PAC code and the number you are transferring to office@spusu.co.uk.
Spusu's service team works Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Spusu to complete
Spusu will send the transfer request to EcoTalk.
Your number should move to your new Spusu SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
