This guide explains how to switch from 1pMobile to EcoTalk and keep your mobile number.

Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once EcoTalk has your PAC code.

If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to EcoTalk.

1pMobile and EcoTalk both run on EE's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from 1pMobile and give it to EcoTalk.

You can usually give EcoTalk your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.

1. Request a PAC code from 1pMobile

Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from 1pMobile:

Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your 1pMobile phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
Online: Contact 1pMobile by email or live chat on their website.
Phone: Call 1pMobile on 03333 442278, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Calls are charged at your standard network rate.

2. Order a SIM only deal from EcoTalk

If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.

If EcoTalk asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give EcoTalk the PAC code using the method below.

3. Give the PAC code to EcoTalk

Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to EcoTalk:

At checkout: Enter your PAC code when you order your EcoTalk SIM.
Phone: If you have already ordered, call EcoTalk on 033 3800 5500 and give them your PAC code.
