This guide explains how to switch from Vodafone to Rewild Mobile and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Rewild Mobile has your PAC code.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from Vodafone and give it to Rewild Mobile.
You can usually give Rewild Mobile your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from Vodafone
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Vodafone:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Vodafone phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Online: Log in to your My Vodafone account and request your PAC code from the account settings.
- Phone: Call 191 from your Vodafone phone or 0333 304 0191 from any other phone.
- In-store: Visit a Vodafone store and request a PAC code in person.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Rewild Mobile

If Rewild Mobile asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Rewild Mobile the PAC code using the method below.
Rewild Mobile does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
Rewild Mobile offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.
3. Give the PAC code to Rewild Mobile
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Rewild Mobile:
- Online: Order your Rewild SIM or eSIM first. Then log in to your Rewild account or the Rewild app, choose the SIM you want your number on, and enter your PAC code.
- Live chat or WhatsApp: If you get stuck, message Rewild's support team through live chat (weekdays 9am to 6pm) or on WhatsApp at +44 7356 162247.
You cannot enter your PAC code at checkout, so keep the text with your code until your Rewild SIM is set up. Rewild says most transfers complete within one working day.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Rewild Mobile to complete
Rewild Mobile will send the transfer request to Vodafone.
Your number should move to your new Rewild Mobile SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
