This guide explains how to switch from iD Mobile to Rewild Mobile and keep your mobile number.

Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Rewild Mobile has your PAC code.

If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Rewild Mobile.

iD Mobile and Rewild Mobile both run on Three's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from iD Mobile and give it to Rewild Mobile.

You can usually give Rewild Mobile your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.

1. Request a PAC code from iD Mobile

Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from iD Mobile:

Text: Text "PAC" followed by your date of birth as DDMMYY to 65075 from your iD Mobile phone (for example, PAC 010190). You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
Online: Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and go to Plan, then Leave iD, then Get PAC Code.
Phone: Call 0333 003 7777 and follow the cancellations options. You will need your iD customer service PIN from your welcome text or email.

Your iD Mobile data rollover balance is lost when you leave. It cannot be transferred or refunded.

2. Order a SIM only deal from Rewild Mobile

If you have not ordered yet, compare current Rewild Mobile SIM only deals below.

If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.

If Rewild Mobile asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Rewild Mobile the PAC code using the method below.

Rewild Mobile does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.

Rewild Mobile offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.

3. Give the PAC code to Rewild Mobile

Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Rewild Mobile:

Online: Order your Rewild SIM or eSIM first. Then log in to your Rewild account or the Rewild app, choose the SIM you want your number on, and enter your PAC code.
Live chat or WhatsApp: If you get stuck, message Rewild's support team through live chat (weekdays 9am to 6pm) or on WhatsApp at +44 7356 162247.

You cannot enter your PAC code at checkout, so keep the text with your code until your Rewild SIM is set up. Rewild says most transfers complete within one working day.
