This guide explains how to switch from Spusu to Asda Mobile and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Asda Mobile has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Asda Mobile.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from Spusu and give it to Asda Mobile.
You can usually give Asda Mobile your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from Spusu
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Spusu:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Spusu phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Online: Log in to My Spusu, go to Plan and request your PAC code there.
- Email: Email office@spusu.co.uk to request your PAC code.
- Phone or WhatsApp: Call or message Spusu on 07356 010100.
Spusu's service team works Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Asda Mobile
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Asda Mobile SIM only deals below.

If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Asda Mobile asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Asda Mobile the PAC code using the method below.

Asda Mobile does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
Asda Mobile offers eSIMs, so you can switch without waiting for a physical SIM to arrive.
3. Give the PAC code to Asda Mobile
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Asda Mobile:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or log in to your Asda Mobile account, go to My profile and select Transferring your number.
- Phone: Call 2732 from your Asda Mobile phone or 0808 006 2732 from any other phone.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Asda Mobile to complete
Asda Mobile will send the transfer request to Spusu.
Your number should move to your new Asda Mobile SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
