This guide explains how to switch from Asda Mobile to Lebara and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Lebara has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Lebara.
Asda Mobile and Lebara both run on Vodafone's network, so your coverage will not change when you switch. You are changing provider, but your signal will still use the same network.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from Asda Mobile and give it to Lebara.
You can usually give Lebara your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from Asda Mobile
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Asda Mobile:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Asda Mobile phone. You will get a text back with your code within a minute. This is a free service from Ofcom (the UK's communications regulator).
- Online: Log in to your Asda Mobile account, go to My profile and select Transferring your number to request your PAC code.
- Phone: Call 2732 from your Asda Mobile phone or 0808 006 2732 from any other phone.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Lebara
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Lebara SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Lebara asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Lebara the PAC code using the method below.
Most Lebara plans include international minutes, rising to unlimited on the top plans, so check the country list covers who you call.
Lebara SIMs must be activated within 30 days of ordering or the plan and any promotions lapse.
Lebara does not run a credit check, so there is nothing to wait for during sign-up.
3. Give the PAC code to Lebara
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Lebara:
- Online: Enter your PAC code at checkout when you order, or complete the Port In form on Lebara's website afterwards. An advisor chat will take your PAC and the number you are transferring.
- Phone: Call Lebara on 5588 from your Lebara phone or 0207 031 0791 from any other phone.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Lebara to complete
Lebara will send the transfer request to Asda Mobile.
Your number should move to your new Lebara SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
