This guide explains how to switch from ParentShield to Honest Mobile and keep your mobile number.
Most number transfers complete within 1 to 2 working days once Honest Mobile has your PAC code.
If you want a new number instead, text STAC to 75075 and give the code to Honest Mobile.

To keep your number, request a PAC code from ParentShield and give it to Honest Mobile.
You can usually give Honest Mobile your PAC code when you order, or after your new SIM card or eSIM has been activated.
1. Request a PAC code from ParentShield
Here is how to get your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from ParentShield:
- Text: Text "PAC" to 65075 from the ParentShield phone. ParentShield will seek authorisation from the account holder before releasing the code, so a child cannot port the number out without the parent knowing.
- Phone: Call ParentShield on 0330 122 1180.
- Live chat: Use the live chat on the ParentShield website or in the Portal.
On Roam Stage SIMs the account closes when a PAC is used or when it expires, even if unused. On other plans, an unused PAC simply lapses and the account carries on as normal.
2. Order a SIM only deal from Honest Mobile
If you have not ordered yet, compare current Honest Mobile SIM only deals below.
If you already have your new SIM, continue to Step 3.
If Honest Mobile asks for your PAC code during checkout, enter it there. If not, wait for your new SIM or eSIM to activate, then give Honest Mobile the PAC code using the method below.

3. Give the PAC code to Honest Mobile
Once you have your PAC code, here is how to give it to Honest Mobile:
- App: Log in to the Honest Mobile app, go to Manage Account and select Transfer your number to Honest Mobile.
- Online: Email Honest Mobile at support@honestmobile.co.uk or use the live chat on their website.
- WhatsApp: Message Honest Mobile on WhatsApp at 07356 132576.
4. Wait for your number transfer to Honest Mobile to complete
Honest Mobile will send the transfer request to ParentShield.
Your number should move to your new Honest Mobile SIM within 1 to 2 working days.
