Giffgaff runs on O2’s network and is one of the most recognisable budget MVNOs in the UK.

The 24-month plan at £4 per month with 5GB and 100 international minutes is one of the better-value deals currently available on EE’s network.

The honest caveat is customer service. If you rarely need to contact your network, Lycamobile’s low pricing and EE backing make it a strong choice. If you have had billing disputes or porting difficulties with other networks in the past and value responsive support, factor in that Lycamobile’s Trustpilot rating reflects a pattern of issues in that area.
